I currently live in Long Beach, CA after spending the past 12 years in San Francisco and Santa Cruz.
My professional background includes:
Retreat Facilitation with Alma Luna Retreats, organizing and facilitating international and local women's empowerment and yoga retreats
Event Production with ImagineX Productions, producing large scale conferences, festivals, and gatherings as HR and on-site production lead
Non-Profit Management as an Executive Co-Director with Holistic Underground, a local SF organization combining social justice, holistic healing and art programs, where I led leadership training programs and classes for 6 years
Spiritual Entrepreneurship through community organizing and guidance, working one-on-one with women as a coach and mentor, leading bi-monthly full and new moon circles for 10+years, consulting teams on effective communication and empathy, leading meditations professionally and now offering integrative coaching support using astrology
Coaching + Astrology has been the main focus of my energy since early 2020 when, I became inspired by Debra Silverman's question,
"Who are you when crisis occurs?"
To unpack what version of our self comes forward when we're met with the unknown.
It's my honor to serve humanity.
When I'm not studying astrology or supporting clients, I love to work with flowers and houseplants, go on long walks around the beach and cook / host friends at my home. I am a true cancer!
